Unbelievably rich in both mind-expanding sonic delights and heart-warming emotion, Inheritance is surely the greatest release so far by the fierce talent that is Arvo Party. There is so much to enjoy here; a soothing tonic of timbres, textures and tones. A veritable forest of ambient-leaning treats and crisp beats. My personal favourite though is the delicate Aird - tender music-box tinkling to set off nostalgia waves AND tickle the ear. Lovely.
